WEST STREET 1. 972 (North Side) Nos 30 & 31 SU 8504 NE 3/139 II GV 2. C18. Much lower frontage than No 29. 2 storeys and attic. 1 window each. Tiled gabled roof; 1 dormer each. Red brick. Small cornice with modillions below eaves. 2 sash windows with flush boxes; flat arches; glazing bars intact. Windows below with rubbed brick voussoirs. Doorways in fluted frames with flat hoods over. Doors in reveals; 6 panelled doors with top 2 panels cut away and glazed.

Church of St Peter, Nos 21 to 25 (consec), The John Edes House and Nos 27 to 33 (consec) form a group.
