TG 2308 NW ELM HILL (south-east side) 16/323 5.6.72 Nos. 45-47 GV II Pair of houses. 1880 (plaque) Red brick with rendered plinth and pantile roof. 2 brick chimneys. 2 storeys; 5 first-floor windows. 4-centred passage arch to Wright's Court (q.v.) on right. 2 doors alternate with 2 ground-floor windows. 4-panelled doors below plain fanlights in recessed rubbed brick round-headed arches. All windows have large-paned sashes and flat rubbed brick arches. Box cornice.
