Town house, now office. C16 or early C17; much restored. Timber-frame with plaster infill; tile roof with stone and brick rear stack. 2 storeys plus attic; 3-window range. Entrance has bracketed pentice with fishscale tiles and C20 door; similar late C19 bay window with small-paned upper lights with similarly glazed windows to ends. 1st floor has 2-light windows continued as small gabled dormers above wide transoms to eaves levels. Square framing and moulded barge-boards. Exposed square framing to left return. Rear has C20 single-storey flat-roofed addition and external stone and brick lateral stack. INTERIOR: ground floor has exposed framing and stud wall with infill removed; fireplace with bressumer to rear.
