Bank. 1851. For East Cornwall Bank. Granite ashlar front, otherwise rubble with granite dressings; hipped dry Delabole slate roof with projecting eaves; rendered stacks at left and right. Deep plan. 3 storeys; 3-window range. Original hornless sashes with glazing bars within moulded architraves to upper floors; square 2nd-floor windows over sills with brackets; tall 1st-floor sashes with triangular pediments; sill string. Ground floor has 3 round-arched openings with larger central opening with arches on impost band and with tall keyblocks; side openings with cavetto-moulded reveals; doorway on the right with C20 door and plain fanlight; later windows to other openings. Left-hand return has partly-blocked doorway with large voussoirs and original sash to each floor above. Rear has original hornless sashes with glazing bars. INTERIOR altered C20.
