Town house, now office. Mid/late C19. Stucco on masonry with plinth, rusticated quoins, 1st-floor sill band and sill brackets; hipped tarred slate roof with modillion eaves cornice, cast-iron ogee gutters. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window front. Original 2-light hornless sashes; 1st-floor sashes with round-arched lights under segmental heads within moulded architraves; ground-floor sashes flanked by pilasters with consoles to moulded hoods with pediments framing console friezes. Central round-arched moulded doorway with modillion cornice; round-arched glazed door and plain fanlight. INTERIOR not inspected but likely to be of interest.
