Harvey Lonsdale Elmes 1814-1847
The son of architect James Elmes, Harvey Lonsdale Elmes designed the world-renowned St George's Hall in Liverpool at the age of 25. After supervising the project for almost a decade, he died of consumption in Jamaica at the age of 33.
