Detail of stained glass window depicting scenes from the life of Saint Nicaise. This medallion shows the martyrdom of St Eutropie, the departure of the Vandal soldiers, and the bodies of the two saints. The window is from the Soissons region, first quarter of the 13th century. It was remounted in a chapel of Soissons Cathedral in the 19th century and acquired by the Louvre in 1907. Louvre Museum, Paris. Louvre Museum, Paris, France.
