Painted brick to left; render, probably on brick to ground floor centre and right; false timber-framing to first floor centre and right; old plain-tile roof; brick end stack to right, internal stack to rear left. 2-storey, 4-window range. C20 part-glazed doors to left and right of centre. C20 bow windows to left, centre and right. 2-light casement to first floor left. 12-pane unhorned sashes to first floor left and right of centre, and to right. Interior: C16 moulded wood door surround to internal porch to left of centre, with carved rosettes to spandrels of 4-centred arch. Extensive timber framing visible to interior.
