The description shall be amended to read: "House, C19 refurbishment of earlier house dated 1765. Sandstone rubble, stone slate roof. Hearth - passage plan, 2 storeys, 2 first-floor windows. Openings have voussoired flat arches with tall keystones. On ground floor, to left, 6-panel door. Sash windows with glazing bars. Shaped kneeler and ashlar coping to left. Brick stack at right end; former ridge stack on left of windows removed. Rear: porch on right; on ground floor, two unequally - hung 9-pane sashes in formerly larger window openings with flat brick arches and keystones, that on right inscribed "1765"; SH on first floor, small window on right, C20 windows to centre. Interior: two panelled doors; shutters".
