Farmhouse. Early-mid C18. Coursed rubble with ashlar dressings; artificial stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 first-floor windows. Quoins. Openings have ashlar surrounds with extended lintels. Central part-glazed door, and above on first floor, 4-pane sash window. Other windows are tripartite sashes with wide keystones and replaced sills, the windows having been extended slightly downwards. Hipped roof. Brick end stacks. Rear: central 4-panel door in ashlar surround. To right, 1 bay of 3-light double-chamfered windows. To left, quoined tall landing window with segmental arches, now blocked except for side-sliding sash at top. Interior: doors of 3 fielded panels; stop-chamfered beams; turned-baluster staircase. Roof said to have been lowered.
