Our room in the Occidental Hotel in Buffalo, Wyoming. The wooden bed is original from the 19th-century hotel and mighty creaky, but fortunately the mattress is new!
The Occidental Hotel was originally built in 1880. Past guests reportedly include Teddy Roosevelt, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, Buffalo Bill Cody and Calamity Jane.
