  • 1-4 Holborn Bars, Staple Inn London, England 1586

    Four chambers with later shops at 1-4 Holborn Bars. The rear of these buildings form Nos 4, 5 & 6 Staple Inn. Built 1586 for Vincent Engham, Principal of the Inn. A unique example in London of a Cl6 group of timber-framed houses.

  • Queen's Head Inn Sawston, England

    Inn. Late C15, altered in C17 with C19 additions. Timber-framed and plastered with some old plastered panels; painted brick plinth.

  • Cavalier Inn Lutterworth, England

    House, now public house. Late C16 or early C17, altered in C19 and C20. Timber-framed, now clad in plaster with applied painted half-timbering.

  • Raymond Public Library Raymond, Washington

    Now known as the Raymond Timberland Library, the Raymond Public Library was built in a Tudor Revival style in 1929 and repaired and refreshed in 2020-21. Outside is a sculpture of the Bremen Town Musicians, from a Grimm fairy tale.

    Cottage. Possibly early C19. Timber-framed and plastered with slated roof.
