Farmhouse. C17 with mid-C19 and mid-C20 alterations and additions. Timber-framed, rendered nd painted brick infill, painted brick replacement walling and refacing, plain tiled roof, large external brick stack at south gable end and additional brick stack off ridge pitch at north end. Two framed bays; single storey and attic with dormer. FRAMING: 2 square panels from sill to wall-plate, tie-beam trusses in gable ends have 2 queen struts to collar and V-strut in apex. ELEVATION facing lane has a 2-light casement and a rectangular light; attic lights in gable ends; main entrance in west elevation having a part-glazed door and lean-to porch on timber uprights; above is a gabled dormer with finial and casement with cambered head. INTERIOR: not inspected. At the south gable end is a mid-C20 lean-to extension built around the external chimney.
