2 Early C19. Stuccoed. Overhanging eaves to gable-ended roof. 3 storeys. 3 windows, 1st floor and 2nd floor sashes with glazing bars, centre blind. Ground floor Victorian shop front with fluted pilasters and fascia with cornice and console brackets. Left hand return end wall flint cobbled with red brick dressings.
Nos 2, 4 and 6 Brook Street together with Wenduyne, Melrose Cottage and Maynard House in Tucker Street form a group.
