GV II

Lodge. c.1800 for William Alder Esquire. Rusticated ashlar with Lakeland slate roof. L-plan. Single storey. To left canted projection with 3 sash windows, the rustication above them breaking to form triple keystones. Porch to right in re-entrant angle, formerly open with rusticated pier, now with 6-panel door. Dentilled cornice and projecting eaves. Hipped roof with banded ridge stack.
