STADHAMPTON COPSON LANE SU6098 (North side) 14/144 Church Farmhouse
GV II
Farmhouse, Early C19. Brick in Flemish bond with flared headers; limestone rubble; Welsh-slate roof with brick stacks. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window brick front with rubbed-brick storey band and gauged flat arches, has a central round-arched doorway, with 6-panel door and fanlight, below a 12-pane sash, and has 16-pane sashes in the outer bays. Shallow-pitched hipped roof, with wide eaves and paired brackets, has flanking stacks. Side walls are rubble. 3-window rear is of rubble with brick dressings and has segmental arches. Interior not inspected.
