JEWRY STREET 1. 1833 (West Side) Theatre Royal SU 4829 NW 3/140 22.10.73. II GV 2. C18 or early C19. 2 storeys to street, 3 storeys at side. Upper part stucco with pairs of Ionic pilasters and swag decoration between. Frieze with rosettes, modillion eaves cornice with brackets at corners. Slate roof. Street front 8 pilasters, 4 windows, sashes with glazing bars. Modern entrance and glass canopy over. The Theatre Royal and Nos 22 to 26 (consec) form a group.
