(Marked on 0.S. map as Holcombe House). Rectory, now house. Early C19. Rendered, painted alternating stone quoins, hipped slate roof, ashlar end stacks with moulded caps. Symmetrical front. Two storeys, 3 bays, 16-pane sash windows, C20 louvred shutters. Central door opening, moulded architrave, fanlight with glazing bars, C20 6-panelled door, re-used semi-circular stone hood on ornamental stone brackets. Returns and rear in conforming style. Minor coeval interior features.
