FLORE SUTTON STREET SP6460 (East side) 11/118 Three Corners GV II Cottage. C17. Ironstone and cobs plain tile roof, brick ridge stacks. 4-unit plan. 2-storey, 5-window range. Street frontage follows curve of street and is rendered and painted white. Various 2 and one-light ground floor windows, one to left of centre replacing door. C20 door to rear in C20 porch, various C20 casements and dormer windows. Interior has open fireplace with chamfered bressumer and bread oven, chamfered spine beams and collar truss roof. Included for group value.
