11/18 The Doric Restaurant

House, now restaurant. Late C18 and later. Colourwashed brick and slate roof. Symmetrical facade of 3 bays in 3 storeys. Central door under pediment supported on engaged Roman Doric columns. 2 late C20 windows to ground floor. 3 sash windows to first floor with glazing bars and late C19 moulded hoods on labels. Similar, but smaller, windows to second floor. Timber eaves cornice. Giant order pilasters at ends of facade terminate in block capitals. Hipped roof.
