SK 28 SW PARISH OF OFFERTON 2/71 Outbuilding to the north east of Nether House GV II
Outbuilding. Late C18. Coursed rubble gritstone with quoins, coped gable and moulded kneelers to south west end only, plain concrete tiled roof. Two storeys, four bays, with three quoined doorways with plain doors, and a full height cart opening with a segmental arched head and boarded double doors to north east end. Circular pitching eye in square stone frame above doorway at south west end. Listed for group value only.
