TF 0210-0310 RYHALL THE SQUARE 9/154 (south side) 6.6.61 Church Farmhouse (formerly listed as House on north side of Church) GV II

Farmhouse, dated 1685 W over M E on chimney stack. Of coursed squared stone with Collyweston stone slate roof, coped gables and twin moulded stone end stacks. 2 storeys and attics. South front: ground floor has 4-light casement window beneath cornice and C20 window beneath timber lintel, 1st floor has 4 2-light casement windows with overlights, beneath timber lintels. 2 2-light gabled casement dormers. Entrance to rear. West end has basement window of 2 lights in raised and chamfered architrave, and blocked 2-light ovolo-moulded stone mullioned window to ground floor. Similar 3-light window in wing to north west.
