Farmhouse. C16 and C17. Timber framed, with close-studding to cross-wing and adjoining part of main block. Colour washed plaster infill to E, S colour washed rough cast render. Old clay tile roof. T-plan, 2 storeys. E elevation: cross-wing has one 2-light horizontal sash with glazing bars per floor. Main block has one 2-light horizontal sash and one 3-light casement to ground floor, one 2-light horizontal sash and 2 3-light casements to first floor, all with glazing bars. C20 door under flat hood in line with red brick double ridge stack. Red brick integral stack and coping to N gable end. S elevation has substantial limestone chimney breast surmounted by rebuilt paired red brick diagonal stacks.
