EATON HASTINGS SU29NE Eaton Hastings House 2/107 (formerly listed as The 10/11/52 Rectory House)

GV II

House, formerly rectory. Early C19. Coursed rubble stone with red brick dressings and Welsh slate roof with rear lateral stacks. 2-storey 3-window range of 16-pane sashes. Central later porch with part-glazed door and single-light casements. To either side a 24-pane sash descends to ground and has ganged brick lintel. 1st floor band.
