  1. Late C18/early C19. Includes 2 former cottages. Red brick with brick eaves cornice. Roof not visible. 2 storeys. 2 windows, casements and sashes with glazing bars. 2 doors. End facade has 2 storey angular bay with glazing bars.

Nos 19 to 21 (consec) and Nos 1 and 4 (building of local interest) Haydens Court, form a group.

Item SZ 3295 1/542 shall be amended to read:

Haydens Court (at rear of No 20) No 1 Sea View (No 21 has been demolished)
