House, later 2 shops now cafe and one dwelling. Late C18 altered C19 and C20. Stucco over stone, slate roof. 2 storeys and attic 3 windows to 1st floor. Side-passage doorway on left of shop having recessed part-glazed door and C19 shop window with moulded sill, pilasters and cornice. Further to right is another part-glazed door and large window in position of former shop window. 1st floor: three C20 casements, that to left larger and set lower on projecting sill. End stack on right. Adjoins No.2 Ulverston Road (qv).
