1890 bank building by T H Smith. 3 ruin storeys and mansarded attic. 8 bays. Tall ground storey with attached Tuscan granite columns and granite frieze with Greek key ornament. Wrought iron railings to basement lights between tall column pedestals. 1st and 2nd floors stone faced and articulated by partly fluted Corinthian pilasters on scrolled bases. Large rectangular sash windows to 1st and 2nd floors; 1st floor windows with shallow triangular pediments, 2nd floor windows with panelled frieze and cornice over. Slated roof with dormers.
