NORWOOD BLAND HILL ROAD SE 25 SW (north side, off) 7/74 Whistle House and attached barn - II
House and barn. Mid - late C18. Coursed squared gritstone, graduated stone slate roof. 2-storey, 2-bay house with 5-bay barn to left. Quoins. House: central added stone porch with 4-panel door; flanking 3-light flat-faced mullion windows, ground and first floor. Banded ridge stacks centre and right. Interior not inspected. Barn: central double board doors to recessed cart entrance set below deep eaves with flanking 2-bay projections: byre entrance with plain stone surround far left; square window with wooden lintel centre right. Interior: main barn has 4 queen-strut trusses.
