- Probably C17, altered, 2 storeys and attic, 4 somewhat recessed sash windows with glazing bars. Pantiles, 2 segmental headed dormers. Wood doorcase with eared architrave and dentil cornice. 6-panel door, lower fielded, upper glazed. Wood shop window left. Sash window, now without glazing bars, right.
Nos 37 to 41 (odd) and No 45 form a group with Nos 12 and l4.
