Detached cottage. C17. Square-panelled timber-framing with rendered and painted brick infill, and brick, thatched roof. Rectangular plan with C19 lean-to at left gable-end. 1 1/2 storeys. Ground floor lit by C20 two-light wooden casements with horizontal glazing bars. Former fire window towards left end. Upper floor lit by garret lights with glazing bars. Access via left gable end (no door hung-April 1985). Projecting right gable-end stack. Interior not inspected.
