Farmhouse. Mid-Late C17. Timber framed with rendered brick infill and brick with stone slate roof. Two storeys, originally of 2 cells now with C20 additions. North front. Rendered plinth, some wooden uprights to ground floor mostly replaced with brickwork. First floor slightly overhanging with ovolo-moulded bressumer. First floor posts at corners and centre extend their projection downwards into region of ground floor and die via ribs. Small framing to first floor of 11 x 2 cells with angle braces to left hand upper corner and fifth cell from left. Two three-light windows to ground floor and three 2-light windows to first floor. To the right is a 2-storey C20 extension. Left hand end: Small framing, also brickwork with painted simulated timbering, which also appears on the ground floor of the North front. South front: brick ground floor and projecting wing to left with cambered-headed windows. Three-light C20 double glazed doors to left of recessed portion and 3-light window to right. Two three-light first floor windows. Much simulated, painted timber-framing to first floor but 3 x 2 cells at left are original.
