BROAD STREET 1. 1357 (South West Side) - No 18 (Seaview). 23.4.52. Nos 19 to 21 (consec) (Formerly listed as premises occupied by R G Radford; premises occupied by Langford & Randall, and the Regis Restaurant). SY 3492 1/44 II GV 2. A range of 3-storey tenements. Early to mid C19. 2 window bays each. Plastered rubble fronts. Slate roofs. Brick stacks. Moulded cornice and parapet. Band between 1st and 2nd floors and band at 1st floor sill level. Sashes. No 19 has plate glass shop front with fascia and fluted cornice with shop door at right hand end and 6-panelled door to right hand again. No 18 is at the rear of No 19 and has a splayed bay window with glazing bars intact in south-west elevation. No 20 has projecting plate-glass shop front in centre. To left of shop front round-headed doorway with 6-panelled door and plain semi-circular fanlight. To right hand round headed doorway; semi-circular fanlight with arched and radiating tracery. No 21 has modern plate-glass shop front on ground floor.
The Three Cups Hotel and Nos l9 to 23 (consec) form a group.
