SK 26 SW PARISH OF ELTON GRATTON LANE 2/16 (North East Side) Dale End Farmhouse GV II
Farmhouse. Early C19. Regularly coursed gritstone, wtih flush quoins, coped gables, ashlar end ridge stacks, graduated slate roof with stone ridges. T-plan, with central rear wing lower and earlier. Two storeys, three bays with glazing bar sashes in flush stone surrounds. Central doorway with massive quoined surround and six-panelled door with shallow fanlight above.
