The following buildings shall be added to the list:
HYDE STREET SU 4829 NW 3/501 Mediaeval & C18 bridge under Hyde Street at Site of North Gate II* (Star) Road bridge.cl250 and C18. This carried the road out of Winchester over the City Ditch on the outside of the North Gate. 3 separate sections show successive road widening. Easternmost part is late C18 or early C19. Semicircular brick arch set in flint surround, the interior lined in brick in header bond with part stone plinth. Central section probably early C18 with round-headed arch in header bond on part stone plinth. The Westernmost section is mediaeval (61250)with semicircular ashlar arch with chamfered side. About 6 feet 6 inches high and 11 feet across. West end blocked by wall of flint and stone rubble.
