BOTLEY ROAD 1. 5231 (North East Side) Swanwick No 152 (Yew Tree Farmhouse) SU 5109 16/286 II GV 2. Dated 1759. Grey headers with red brick window dressings, quoins and string course. Old tiled roof. 2 storeys. 3 windows, sashes with glazing bars, those of ground floor with segmental headed red brick arches. Doorway with flat hood on brackets. No 152 (Yew Tree Farmhouse) forms a group with No 151, and with No 149 (Rockery Farmhouse) and its Granary and Barn, the latter being a building of local interest.
