FLORE SUTTON STREET SP6460 (East side) 11/119 No.53 (Greenacre) GV II House. C17, main range raised 1905. 3-unit plan. Cob and coursed squared stone, slate roof, brick end stack. 2-storey, 2-window range. 4-panel door with overlight to left with timber lintel and semi-circular metal hood on wrought iron brackets, a 2-light casement window to right, small square 4-pane window replacing central door, a 3-light windows above and 2-light casement to first floor left, all with timber lintels. Ironstone banded with limestone to sill level and to right gable end, rest cob, raised in brick and rendered. 2 storey-and-attic, 1-window mid C18 addition to left has 2-light casement window to ground floor with shutters and 2-light casement to first floor both with stone lintels and keyblocks, stone coped gables with kneelers, slate roof and brick end stacks. Interior has bar-stop-chamfered spine beams to older range with some bar-stop-chamfered ceiling joists, stone-flagged floors, and open fireplace with replacement bressumer. Collar truss roof.
