Range of cottages. Dated 1582,and Cl7 and C18. Coursed rubble stone with Collyweston slate roofs and moulded stone, brick and stone, and brick central ridge, and end stacks, 8 in all. L plan, wing projecting forward on right. 2 storeys of 13 1,2, and 3-light casements (one with stone mullion) with 6 doors, some part glazed, and open alley doorway. Wooden lintals overall. Lean-to on front centre right, C20 2 storey extension on left end and C20 1 storey extension on front of wing. On centre left a stone tablet inscribed 'B.B. 1582'.
