COLEFORD CP ST65SE LIPYEATE 5/70 Lipyeate House -
- II
House. C18; extended early C19. Ashlar and roughcast scribed as ashlar, wide bracketted eaves, slate roof, ashlar stacks. L-plan. Two-storey 2-bay garden front, 16-pane sash windows, those on ground floor in shallow semi-circular head recesses; emphasised pilasters, plinth and first floor band. Left return in conforming style, door opening with 6-panelled door, glazed loggia on 4 Tuscan columns. Interior with fine geometric staircase.
