17/281 Street House Farmhouse

Farmhouse. Late C18. Brick in English Garden Wall Bond. Stone slate roof. T-plan. 2 storeys plus attic, 3 bays with single-storey, 3-bay wings. 6-panel door in late C19 gabled wood porch. Renewed 12-pane casements in original openings with wedge lintels and projecting sills. Steeply-pitched roof with reverse-stepped gables and corniced brick end stacks. 3 hipped dormers.

Wing on right has two 12-pane sashes and a blank quatrefoil with painted imitation window. On right return a Gothick bay window with arched heads to windows and intersecting glazing bars.
