TL 7182 LAKENHEATH HIGH STREET

House. c.1800. 3 windows, 2 storeys and attics. Gault brick with string at 1st floor level. Dentil eaves and parapet gables with tumbled-in brickwork and end chimneys. Plaintiled roof with segmental-headed lead-clad casement dormers. Windows with flat arches of gauged brick and small-pane sashes, Entrance doorway with moulded architrave and enriched broken pediment on console brackets. Door of 6 fielded panels, recessed between panelled reveals. A small original lean-to wing to left has a ramped parapet gable and pantiled roof.
