ALDHAM CHURCH LANE 1. 5377 Aldham Hall TM 04 SW 42/2 23.1.58. II 2. A timber-framed and plastered house probably of C16-C17 origin but extensively altered and modernised. The house is built on an L-shaped plan with wings extending to the north and the west. There is a cross wing at the south end. Two storeys. The upper storey of the north wing is jettied on the east front. Modern casement windows with lattice leaded lights. The first storey windows on the east front are oriel bays. Roof tiled.
