BOXFORD BROAD STREET 1. 5377 (north side) Nos 12 and 14 TL 9640 60/86 23.1.58 II GV 2. A timber-framed and plastered building with C18 external features. Renovated 2 storeys. Three window range of double-hung sashes with glazing bars. The ground storey has a splayed bay at the west end and a modern shop front at the east end. A 6-panel door has a moulded wood architrave and cornice. Roof tiled.
