  1. Early C19. 2 storeys. Brick with rendered plinth. Hipped old tile roof with stone ridge. Flanking chimneys. Flanking lean-to wings (modernised and adapted to left). Glazing bar sash windows, 3 single hung, on 1st floor. 2 large tripartite windows on ground floor central window and 2 former doors removed for modern Brewers' Botch in centre. Set back from road with small space in front.
