Joseph Grear Peppard House Kansas City, Missouri

I lived in the front, 2nd story apt. of that building from mid-Aug. 1962 to sometime in spring 1964. There was 1 room + kitchenette. Bathrooms were down hall near back of building. My roommate slept on a fold-out coach bed. I slept on a bed that folded down out of the turret area. The Shotwells owned the place at that time. I attended Central Tech. Inst., which was located in the Webster School building. My wife and I had dinner there in 2015. One of my part jobs was doing mostly yard work for a family living in J. C. Nichols' old mansion in Country Club district.
