Industrial Plants (structures)

Land, buildings, machinery, apparatus, and fixtures used to carry on a trade or an industrial business, which can include a factory or workshop for the manufacture of a particular product or the total facilities available for production or service. There is some overlap in usage of this term with "industrial buildings," "industrial complexes," and "factories (structures).".
