Film Libraries

Buildings housing libraries of films and other moving image materials. Specifically, the structures that house stock footage, films, film clips and/or videotapes, and that provide storage, cataloging, and loan for use in future productions, study and research by film students, or simple viewing. Both terms "film libraries" and "film archives" are used for buildings that house the same sorts of collections.
