Mauthausen (also known as Mauthausen-Gusen) was a group of 49 Nazi concentration camps situated around the small town of Mauthausen in Upper Austria, about 20 km east of Linz.

Now part of the Imperial War Museums, the Cabinet War Rooms were the meeting place of Churchill's War Cabinet during air raids in World War II. Located in Westminster in central London, they were in use 24 hours a day from August 1939 to August 1945. They opened to the public in 1984.
