Considered one of the finest examples of Neoclassical architecture in England, St George's Hall was built 1841-56 as a public hall and law court. It still functions as a court, as well as a venue for concerts, exhibitions, and weddings.

Reed Opera House

Built of brick in an elegant Italianate design, the Reed Opera House was constructed for businessman and politician Cyrus S. Reed in 1869 as an opera house, theater, community hall, and hotel. Today it houses shops and restaurants.

Mormon Tabernacle
