THAME PRIEST END SP7006SW (South-east side) 8/140 No.1 08/06/70 (Formerly listed as No.1, Oxford Road)

House. Probably late C15/C16 and early C18, with later alterations. Painted stone uncoursed rubble plinth; painted brick; thatch roof with C20 plain-tile valley to right; brick end stack to left, ridge stack to right. Single storey and attic; 2-window range with cross-wing to right. C20 painted brick lean-to porch to centre with plank door to left return. 3-light wood casement with segmental brick head to left. 2-light wood casement with segmental brick head to right. Two 2-light casements to left return of cross-wing to right. 2 swept dormers. Queen post roof truss to half-hipped gable of cross-wing with 2-light wood casement. Interior: of cruck construction. Heavy smoke-blackening to rafters. (Information from S.O.D.C.)
