SHREWTON ROLLESTONE ROAD SU 04 SE (south side) 3/260 Halfway Cottage GV II Detached cottage. C18 with C20 rear extension. Limestone and flint chequers, thatched roof with brick stacks. L-plan, entrance to rear. 2-storey, 2-window front, two 2-light ovolo-mullioned windows to ground and first floor. Right return has one casement to ground floor, T. MOGG / 1752 / I. MOGG on stone tablet below stack. Left return has one casement to attic. Rear is entrance front with glazed door in ovolo-moulded case to right, inserted C20 door to left and 2-light ovolo-mullioned window, first floor has two 2-light casements. C20 2-storey extension has plastic-framed windows. Interior not accessible at time of survey (November 1984).
